Send a 250 GB file
as a link that expires.
Drop in footage, photo takes or a whole project folder. ChuteDrop uploads it straight to storage, hands you one share link, and deletes everything on the date you choose.
Three transfers free — no card. Paid plans from $2.99/month, cancel any time.

How it works
Three steps, and nothing to explain to the person receiving it.
- 01
Pick the files
Drag a folder of rushes, a photo take, a project archive. Up to 250 GB in one go, from the browser or the iPhone and iPad app.
- 02
Upload straight to storage
Your browser sends 64 MiB chunks directly to Cloudflare R2. Nothing is proxied, stalled parts retry themselves, and a closed tab resumes where it stopped.
- 03
Share a link that expires
Copy it into WhatsApp, iMessage, email or Slack. It unfurls as a preview card, downloads without an account, and dies on the date you picked.
The boring parts, done properly.
Large-file transfer is mostly failure handling. This is where the work went.
You choose the expiry
3 days on Free, up to 90 on Studio. When the clock runs out, storage lifecycle rules delete the objects — expiry is not a cron job that can fail.
A kill switch on every link
Sent it to the wrong person? Revoke it from the dashboard. The link stops resolving immediately and the files are removed.
Downloads that survive a bad connection
Range requests are supported end to end, so a 50 GB download resumes instead of restarting. Multi-file transfers stream as a single ZIP.
Resumable uploads
Each part is checksummed and acknowledged. Re-pick the same files after a crash and ChuteDrop asks the server what already landed.
Recipients need nothing
No account, no app, no sign-up wall. Desktop starts the download on open; mobile gets a button per file.
One plan, both platforms
Your plan lives on your ChuteDrop account, not on the device that paid. Buy on iPhone, use it on the web — or the other way round.
Made for people who move real footage.
250 GB
per transfer on Studio
Camera departments
Send a day of ProRes to the edit without a courier, a shuttle drive or a chase for the drive back.
90 days
maximum link life
Photographers
Hand a client the full-resolution take, then let the link expire when the selects are picked.
Instant
kill switch on every link
Studios and agencies
A link you can kill. Revoke a share the second it goes to the wrong address — the files go with it.
Pricing
Pay for the space you keep live, not for every send.
Your allowance is the bytes currently sitting in storage. When a transfer expires, its space comes straight back to you.
Free
Try it on a real file before you pay for anything.
